Cute Custom Cottage Cabin in Green Mountain Falls

This homeowner wanted us to create a cute cabin for her family to enjoy for generations to come. We worked with her through several different challenges including the lot size, building regulations, tight quarters and lot usability. We made significant improvements to the land by adding a large retaining wall just to be able to start building on the property. We also buried a cistern and vault to solve massively expensive tap fees the cities wanted them to pay. 

 Using ICF or Insulated Concrete Form blocks to save time and money while creating a solid foundation. The interior of the cabin is cute and quaint while allowing our team to be creative, solving the desires of the homeowner. This truly is a custom and unique home! 

The highlights of this home include; custom design and layout, cedar shake shingles, custom porch, tongue and groove ceiling, corbels, composite decking and much more. We maximized every inch of this tiny cabin to make it look much larger than it is, including vaulted ceilings!
