Changed Unused and Unfinished Basement Area to a Workout Room and Office, Complete with Beam Wraps

Sometimes you need your own space and that’s what this homeowner in Woodland Park needed– an office for him and a workout space for her. 

Mobilizing quickly, we were able to design the space with the homeowners preferences in mind, including managing their tight timeline and budget. We worked with several subcontractors to get the space completed quickly. 

Our work included custom design and layout, project management, subcontractor management, material selection and handling, finish carpentry, complete with faux beam wraps, new wall framing, drywall and finishing, new flooring and tongue and groove walls.
